Revisiting retail

Here’s an architect’s rendering of a retail complex that’s being developed at 37th Avenue and Grand Boulevard. Bernardo_Wills Architects P.C. designed the two buildings.

Payne Properties & Development will build and own the complex, which will likely house a combination of small offices, retail and, perhaps, fast food.
