Thom v. Truthseeker: North Korea Joins N-Club

Thom George: North Korea joins world nuclear club. Wow, who could have seen this coming? I mean, if we had any idea this was happening we could have negotiated with them, right? Oh, what’s that you say, we did? Condi Rice was working on an agreement? Oh, Cheney and Rumsfeld didn’t want it? Know I get it, the old with or against us, my way or the highway crowd won again and we all lost. Nevermind.

Truthseeker: Right On Thom! If only Churchill and those radical Poles had put on some Cat Stevens and had some chai tea with Hitler, we could have avoided WW II altogether. The world really is full of rainbows and unicorns if we’d all just talk to one another. Let’s give peace a chance. Let’s all sit cross-legged under the tress, hold hands and chant and the world will become full of chocolate waterfalls and pretty harp music. The North Koreans will kiss us on the lips and the radical Islamics will welcome those of a different faith as their brothers and stop their quest to turn them to dust.
