Man, our elections department is hopping. We’ve sent out almost as many absentee ballots as we did for the 2002 general election cycle and we still have a month to go (over 2,400 so far vs. 2,800 in 2002). Also, you can now look our our website at sample ballots for all four legislative districts in Kootenai County plus one that includes the Aquifer Protection District formation election for those who are in the Aquifer recharge area (about 2/3 of the county as I understand) here — Dan of the County .
