Mike Clabby, a teacher at Lake City High School, holds a new laptop computer and wags his finger at the cheering student body after he was announced as the new Idaho Teacher of the Year Wednesday. Along with the laptop, he received $1000, a plaque and some training money for himself and his program/Jesse Tinsley, Spokesman-Review.
