City of Burlington, Iowa, Animal Control Officer Tim Orth uses a catch pole to bring in a raccoon on the sixth floor of the Burlington Apartments, Thursday in Burlington. The raccoon, which had been sitting on a fourth floor window ledge, started scurrying up the building side when Orth appeared and was finally captured on the sixth floor.
