More Info: It appears Post Falls voters will ultimately decide the fate of the 7,500-square-foot building at the corner of Fourth and Spokane, City center property owner Bob Templin is resurrecting yet another effort to spare the building from demolition by seeking 264 signatures. If successful, the initiative will be put on the November ballot in conjunction with the City Council races.
