Downtown apartments to be redeveloped
An apartment complex at 5th Avenue and Washington Street that houses low-income residents, including people with disabilities, is slated for redevelopment, according to Spokane Housing Ventures.
The non-profit said the 53-unit building, near Lewis and Clark High School, is in the early phases of planning with work set to begin in 2008.
