Developer Holland Faces St. Joe Problems, Too

A riverfront development along the St. Joe River north of St. Maries will be sold on the steps of the county courthouse unless the developer can raise the money he owes the beneficiary. Bob Holland, the owner of Waterford Park Homes LLC, the developer of Sylvia’s Haven along the St. Joe River north of St. Maries has until November to pay approximately $206,000. If it’s paid by then, he will retain the property.
