Intel Collector: Skinhead Bands View NW As Mecca
Intel Collector: You know. About a year ago I received a friend’s request from a punk band on myspace.com. I like that particular genre of music so I added them. a couple hours later I discovered that the profile had less to do with music and more to do with spreading white supremacist, neo-Nazi, militant sentiment. I read a few of their bulletins and one of them spoke of how it has been decided that all “true Aryans” should have decided to move to the Inland Northwest. I checked out a few of the so called “bands” links and found that they had connections to some legit Aryan/white supremacist groups from all over the country. Being the law abiding citizen taht I am, I deleted them from my friends list. Unfortunately, it’s been a year and I have forgotten the name of the band. Otherwise, I would post their URL so that you all can see for yourselves.
DFO: Mebbe this is the source for the two recent incidents to young racists bugging locals — at Dike Road on Hayden Lake and at Silverwood. A resurgence in supremacist activity is certainly something we have to watch. Then, with the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations, the neo-Nazis still have formidable resistance here.
