A surveillance camera captures the image of Michael Millhouse at the counter of the Zip trip store on Bridge Street Tuesday in Clarkston, Wash. A women’s wallet can be seen on the counter in front of Millhouse. The camera videotaped Millhouse later picking up the wallet and putting it inside his coat and walking out of the store.
