Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Marty Raap has been selected as Chief Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Kootenai County. Marty has prosecuted some of society’s worst offenders and has a passion for justice. His breadth of experience has included serving as Shoshone County Public Defender and as an Assistant Coeur d’Alene City Attorney. He has also practiced civil law.
