Home prices take another leap
The cost of single-family homes in Spokane County rose in double-digit numbers again.
According to Spokane Association of Realtors, average home prices increased by 14.5 percent and median home prices rose by 16.7 percent for 2006.
Is there any good news? December showed that median home prices increased by 9.2 percent and average prices by 9 percent.
