Silver Mountain property booming
A golf course community on Silver Mountain sold many of it available home lots within a day, a marketing representative said.
Galena Ridge had 49 home sites available on June 23. Now only nine remain, said Stephen Lane, director of marketing for Silver Mountain Resort and Galena Ridge.
