Grapetree Village to add a second building

Grapetree Village, a mixed-use project designed by architect Glen Cloninger, will soon have a second building to house a karate studio.

The project already has a multi-suite retail complex with rock masonry that fronts on 29th Avenue.

Konstantin Vasilenko, owner of Kosta’s Construction, which is doing the work, said the new 4,000-plus square-foot building is going up behind the existing retail complex.

His company will get started on the building this week, Vasilenko said, and complete it this fall.
