A blogger named Cherie asked how big the lots are at Kaniksu Sands, a property on Priest Lake that’s being developed into condos and private lots.
A Realtor representing the project said all the waterfront lots are sold. Secondary lots range from 5,000 to 9,750-square feet and cost $302,500 to $327,500. The price includes access to a boat slip, community beach and club house, the Realtor said, and have services such as sewer, water and electricity to the property line.
