Tuscan Ridge gets go ahead
A Spokane hearing examiner has approved a landowner’s request to build 100 condos on 23 acres of land near 57th Avenue and Hatch Road, in south Spokane.
Yong Lewis will be allowed to construct the 30-building complex called Tuscan Ridge if the landowner meets 31 different conditions outlined in Spokane Hearing Examiner Greg Smith’s findings.
