The ticket has been signed charging Theo Davis with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. However, the prosecutor said she may reduce the charge. If the charge stands, Davis would most likley face a day in jail and a $250 fine. Cheney City Prosecutor Julie McKay said she often sees these charges involving college students.
