From Anti-LCDC Brochure: We Question:

*Why the LCDC paid $1.2 million for the downtown library property when similar properties were sold that year for $350,000.
*The viability, cost, and impact of the so-called “Educational Corridor” or the “Co-Located Collaborative Education Campus” or whatever they’re calling it this week.
*Why the LCDC is assisting the CentennialTrails Foundation with a$2.5 million loan on property outside the URD, clearly in violation of Idaho Stature (cq)
*Why the LCDC owns property in Spirit Lake, most definitely outside its district.
