Good week for cross country
Records at the Mt. Baker Invite, strong efforts in Yakima had Spokane cross country teams looking good over the weekend.
Both Central Valley boys and Mead girls beat Gig Harbor which has turned into a strong program, one whose goal is to emulate the GSL.
