Emissions: Our Solons Should Represent Us, Not Spokane

Us poor white trash, hillbillies, rednecks that live out in the boonies, are not a threat to you spokaloo Falls folk. I, myself, trailer trash, have a car that would pass these tests. Having said that, There are hundreds, perhaps thousands of people that live in the diggleberries, as Marmite would say, that are borderline with the cars they drive. When you live 30 miles from the nearest grocery store, it can’t be walked. Until and unless our air quality goes down to the point where wood stoves are outlawed, don’t put borderline citizens out of their vehicles. As an afterthought, I remember the old days over in the Seattle area, where an old beater would disappear into a cloud of blue smoke. I don’t recall seeing this locally, and if it were a problem, the State police can still ticket these people. In other words, please, legislators, represent us, not Spokane/ S&S Herb.
