Trulia integrates Google Street View

Google recently debuted is Street View feature in Spokane, allowing Web surfers to virtually cruise the streets of the Lilac City by viewing panoramic pictures. Real estate Web site Trulia has integrated the feature into its listings, giving would-be buyers a chance to see how homes look from the street. But perhaps more interestingly, it allows them to check out the neighborhood (Think unruly lawns and defunct cars parked out front). Do you think this tool will be a help or a hindrance to sellers?
