FLS: Where Have All The Grass Fields Gone …

RE: Field burning resumes this fall
A few years ago (maybe 3 or 4) the Spokesman did an article about field burning that quoted some EPA data. At that time the bulk of the air pollution in N. Idaho is from unpaved roads and automobile exhaust. The parts per million from grass field burning was minimal. And there were way more grass fields THEN. The solution…a Hagadone policy/campaign against grass growers to improve tourism…grass growers sell off their land for WAY more money than they can earn farming it… houses, houses every where with three car garages and fake lakes built over the aquifer … more people and long term more pollution/ Fat Lady Sings .
