Football not far off; chew on this

Someone on one of this summer’s baseball posts suggested it’s time to start talking about high school (make that Greater Spokane League) football.
The season begins with practices and two-a-days in “just” 20 days – enough time for me to get out of here for a two week vacation – so here is some food for you bloggers’ thoughts (again, keep things civil and to the point) while I’m gone.
