Anyone Remember Klxy the Klown?

We had an inquiry from a patron who would like to know if anybody remembers a TV show broadcast in the late ‘50s called Klxy the Klown. She says it was a half-hour program after school that aired on KXLY. She has asked at KXLY and no one there remembered. I can’t find anything on the web. Would it be possible for you to ask your readers? She says the other people in her retirement community think she is loopy/ David Townsend , Coeur d’Alene Public Library.
