Credit Greg Trent with an assist. No, not like the stat you get on tackles, though the four-year starting middle linebacker always gets a lot of those. Wednesday afternoon, the former captain – read on for a note about that – assisted the WSU coaching staff in getting the veteran players ready for practice. In a spontaneous act, at least a not-coached-up act, Trent explode in front of his teammates and got them fired up before practice.
