Washingtonian Files Claim Against Spencer

A Washington man has filed two claims against Larry Spencer of Cocolalla for the remainder of payment for a 1987 double-wide trailer Spencer bought March 1 — and impound and disposal fees for that trailer that was left by the side of a Cheney road two weeks later. In the claim filed with the Kitsap County District Court, James Ringos of Port Orchard, Wash., alleges that Spencer paid him $1000 down on the $3500 purchase price and moved the trailer off the property March 17. Ringos claims he never received the rest of the money as promised two days later — and that he had to pay impound and disposal fees totaling $3416.07 later when the trailer was found by the side of the road at Hallett & Westbow in Cheney.
