Can anyone name this “escaped convict” from the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department chain gang? He was sighted at the Athol Daze parade Saturday. He also made an appearance at Bayview Daze earlier this summer. You can read all about Athol Daze and see more photos at Bay Views
