3:13 p.m. Boy, approximately 12 years old, hitchhiking with bike and backpack at I-90 & 4th Street.
2:47 p.m. PFPD news release: Explosive device found on porch on 300 block of Ford Street here .
1:14 p.m. Smoke sighted in Pleasant View area, south of the Spokane River. Update: one fire extinguished on Stack Road. Fire crews are looking for a second one.
