10:28 a.m. T-bone accident at M/P 110 on Highway 3 (near Killarney Lake road) involving a dump truck and a Schwanns truck. St. Maries Fire has been called to scene for extrication. Med*Star has launched. One driver is unconcious in vehicle. Update: One driver declared dead .

2:17 p.m. R/P says a neighbor’s two pitbulls as harassing his horses @ McGuire Road & Echo Drive, Post Falls.

1:43 p.m. R/P says someone is shooting off fireworks from the back of a car at St. Anthony’s & 16th, Post Falls area.
