Scanner Traffic — Safeway Robbed

11:41 a.m. The Safeway pharmacy was robbed today by a man in a gray hood who fits the description of the armed suspect who robbed oxycontin from the Hayden’s Rite Aid last week. According to CDA police, the man handed the pharmacist a note demanding oxycontin. No weapon was seen. The man then left on foot southbound. He is described as a dark-complected male in his late 20s, about 5-foot-10, 200 pounds, wearing sunglasses, black or dark-blue sweatpants, a ring in lower lip, and possible facial hair. 5:08 p.m. A caller wants to know if the dump station next to JD’s Feed has been fixed.
5:05 p.m. A resident complains that his neighbor’s goat is coming onto his property and eating hay.
