NW Sick: 3 Robbers Steal Groceries From 87YO
Police say an 87-year-old man in a wheelchair was attacked and robbed of his groceries Friday afternoon in Spokane. The disabled man, whom Spokane Police did not identify in a press release issued today, said his three assailants were armed with a hammer and a knife. The man told police he was westbound on Mission Avenue near Hamilton Street when he was approached by the young men, whom he described as black with thin builds, wearing baggie pants with “greenish brown” hooded sweatshirts/SR.
