Cruise Boat Takes Out Navigation Light
The navigational light between the Spokane River and Cougar Bay was destroyed by the “Spirit of Coeur d’Alene” cruise boat after the fireworks show Friday night. The Kootenai County Parks & Waterways Department will decide whether it will be replaced. The accident remains under investigation. All this, according to the sheriff’s department.
