Update! Leno Calls Burger Contest Winner

SReporter Alison Boggs just learned that 7YO Rathdrum burger wunderkind Charlie Beckett has been contacted by Jay Leno. The Red Robin contest winner may appear on Leno’s show next Friday, Nov. 12. Alison hears that Leno’s handlers love Charlie’s looks and personality. But they need him to make his burger while talking on the show — something kid chefs have a hard time doing. The family will know Monday if it’s a go.
