Montana Judge OKs Assisted Suicide
Item: Judge’s ruling legalizes assisted suicide in Montana /AP
More Info: McCarter ruled that mentally competent, terminally ill Montanans have a right to obtain medications that can be self-administered to bring about a peaceful death if they find their suffering unbearable. The ruling says physicians can prescribe such medication without fear of criminal prosecution.
Question: Now, that Oregon and Washington have assisted suicide laws — and Montana has a court ruling in favor — do you think Idahoans would approve one, too?
