Kendramama: My Xmas List Totals 40 — 40!

Yep. I made a bullet-point list on Word which contained: 1)My family’s names 2)Tony’s family 3)Our mutual family and friends. Aghast, upon printing out copies for myself and Tony, I realized there were almost 40 names on the list. That’s when we decided that we would limit each gift to a token- between 10 and 20 dollars per friend/family member. The only exception would be Tony’s daughters- their limit was between 75 and 100 apiece. Who knows what we’ll end up spending on each other, or Jameson … probably too much, as usual/ Kendramama . Question: How do you trim your Christmas list to a manageable size w/o hurting anyone’s feelings?
