Richert: Idaho Needs Public Transportation

U.S. Rep. Mike Simpson is a decade removed from his time as speaker of the Idaho House of Representatives. But I hope current lawmakers will listen to what the old speaker has to say. Simpson says lawmakers are making a “fundamental mistake” by trying to shoehorn local-option tax language into the state Constitution.
