Will city heed own rule?

I would just like to pose a question on the recent ruling coming down from City Hall regarding the cleaning up of graffiti.

I’m just curious if the city will follow the same guidelines that they are expecting of building owners regarding this matter. Will the city clean up all graffiti on bridge abutments, public restroom walls, etc., within 10 days of its appearance? Fair’s fair.
