Trash talk

The Spokesman-Review

I can appreciate the hard work of the city solid waste management people. However, I just found out that if you’re elderly, unable to get your can to the street yourself (even though you cleared as much snow away as you could and got the can as far out as you could), and have no one to do it for you, you’re out of luck.

Offering to pick up two weeks’ worth at no extra charge doesn’t help if you can’t get one week’s worth picked up. Nice.
