DFO: As one who walks 2-3 miles almost daily, I appreciate homeowners and businesses who shovel their sidewalks. I’d say it’s 50-50 between those who do and those who don’t. I’m thankful for those who do.

Question: Should neighbors report neighbors who don’t shovel their sidewalks fairly promptly after a storm?
