Clinton’s traveling press secretary explains that she didn’t take questions because she is running behind schedule, wanted to talk to people individually and still is going to try to meet with folks at the overflow site at the Girl Scouts office. However, the West Central crowd didn’t hear the explanation/ Jim Camden , Spin Control 2.0 .
