Emergency Efforts Focus On Worley Area

Kootenai County Office of Emergency Management news release: At this time Worley seems to be the county’s biggest trouble spot with large volumes of snow and a shortage of equipment to move it. The Office of Emergency Management and State of Idaho are assisting any way they can, requesting extra snow moving equipment to the area when it becomes available. With the warm weather Worley is also experiencing a softening of the gravel roads which will not support the large equipment needed to clear the snow so they are concentrating on paved roads.
