Question: How Do You Find A Good Babysitter?

And how do you find the good ones? Some people are lucky enough to have relatives in town to help care for the kids once in a while, but for those who don’t have family in the area, whom do you turn to for the occasional night out? … In the past, we’ve had babysitters who simply turned on the TV and that seemed to be the agenda for the afternoon or evening. Is it fair to expect more? I don’t think sitters need to do the dishes or any housework, but how about reading my children a book or doing a puzzle instead?/ Virginia de Leon , Parents Council.
