KevinR: Crapo Wait-See On Craig Slap

To follow up on one of my Thursday blog posts , Sen. Mike Crapo did talk briefly to KBOI radio Thursday morning about the Senate Ethics Committee report. In an interview with KBOI’s Ken Weaver, Crapo said he felt the Ethics Committee’s reprimand was premature, and said Sen. Larry Craig should be able to pursue his legal defense “to its fullest extent” before anybody passes judgment. “I think the Ethics Committee should have waited,” he said. Crapo, however, is also taking a wait-and-see approach to the Ethics Committee, wondering if this is the committee’s final word on the case/ Kevin Richert , Idaho Statesman. More here
