South Hill B&B to be auctioned

A Spokane bed and breakfast popular for garden weddings will be on the auction block early next month.

Hannah’s Garden Inn and Delany’s Musicafe, on Seventh Avenue near Lincoln Street on the lower South Hill, will be auctioned by Higgenbotham Auctioneers International Ltd. Inc. on March 3. The oral auction will be held inside the property’s historic Corbet-Aspray House, with a minimum bid of $1.3 million.

The couple that owns and operated the mansion, Shawn Nichols and Ann Marie Byrd, want to pursue more time with family after putting in long hours, Nichols said.
