More Info: Jessica Broemmeling didn’t know anyone else born on Feb. 29 until she went to work as a secretary at the Clarkston Fire Department and discovered Chief Steve Cooper’s dad was a leap year baby. Bud Cooper, who was born in 1924, is officially 21 today. “I guess I should get drunk,” jokes the longtime Lewiston Orchards resident. “I wish I was turning 21 and knew what I know now.”
