More Info: Chairman Charlie Nipp has worked hard for the agency since its inception. Nipp’s acumen as an outstanding businessman and investor have served LCDC well, but if one of the chief criticisms of the agency — the appearance of or potential for conflict of interest —is to be addressed and confidence among taxpayers improved, Nipp should hand the board’s reins over to another.
