Kara Eichelsdoerfer turns to address Frederick Russell today in Whitman County Superior Court in Colfax during the sentencing on Russells’ vehicular homicide and assault convictions. “I am in constant pain every day because of what you did .” she said. Kara suffered extensive injuries in the wreck that killed three WSU students in 2001.
