Something this task force should not ignore is Arizona’s decision to repeal its registration of nonmotorized boats because administering the program cost more than it brought in. Alaska, perhaps the most libertarian state in the union - and the one that certainly has the most active Libertarian Party - also junked its attempt to register human- or gravity-powered craft.
