The commissioners should make the sheriff scale back this outrageous, insulting $147 million estimate. Don’t put this on the ballot. Scale it back to say, 5 mill. Sheriff Rocky Watson is responsible for this outrageous estimate. Don’t tell me he hasn’t been consulting with the architects, contractors, and all others who stand to make millions off his prison industrial complex/ Inspector Gadget .
