” To the writer of this editorial ….I thought I was the only person that felt this way. The only difference is that the locusts leave, Spokanites don’t. I believe there has been some sort of unexplained event in the state of Washington that has dried up all their lakes and waterways because they all bring their boats here and clog our beaches. They don’t have any trash cans there either.
